Established---2007
In Apr. 2007, the founder Mr Chen Hui led other four members to establish Ningbo Shindak Imp.& Exp. Company.
Ready---2008-2009
From 2008 to 2009, with the difficult challenge because of global economic crisis in foreign trade area, Shindak members held the spirit of “Three NO”---Do what others were not willing to do, no dare to do and can not do. Every year, Shindak kept the 50% growth which created miracles. And Shindak became a dark horse in Ningbo foreign trade area. In 2009, Shindak members increased to 30 persons.
In Mar. 2010, fast developing Shindak members held higher dream. Shindak became the first company stationing in “Century Oriental” office building. With higher start point, Shindak set sail again to create a new chapter.
Break out---2013-2014
In Oct. 2013, Shindak members again turned a giant around with the three year small jump, five year big change. Shindak members reach to 60 persons. Happened to know with Sparta, with the “ A Second Wisdom”, Shindak built a 6000 square meters’ high energy intelligence field.
In 2013, the Chairman Mr Chen Hui was awarded as “Ningbo Entrepreneur Rookie Award”.
In Dec. 2013, the Chairman Chen led total 30 common staffs, mid-level staffs and senior staffs to attend the conference of “Whole members devoted themselves in company”. And they established the first organization of Development and Reform Commission. Then Shindak started to use the new management mode---from bottom to up.
In 2013 annual thanks-awarding meeting, old head of starting business Wenming Wan was awarded as “Together with ten years in the same boat ” and got the bonus one hundred thousand yuan on site.
Fission---2015-2018
In 2018, Shindak is determined to become the most influential& intelligent benchmarking enterprise and business platform. And also Shindak will become the preferred brand for the global famous importer of Daily Goods. The turnover of Shindak will make a breakthrough to two hundred million dollars and can own ourselves’ Shindak Building.
